Double-check the date and time of your trip on the itinerary emailed to you after booking. Make sure all passenger information matches exactly what’s printed on your government-issued travel documents, as you won't be able to board the flight if they don’t match.Grab your travel documents
Don’t forget to bring government issued ID that exactly matches the name on your reservation. Your identification must remain valid for the entire duration of your trip. If you’re travelling outside the country, it’s recommended to make sure your passport is valid for at least 6 more months from the day of travel.

Make sure to check in online before your flight! Online check-in opens 24 hours before departure and closes 1 hour before takeoff. If you haven’t checked in online, airport check-in is available for a $25 fee plus tax to cover the additional airport services.
Boarding Pass & Baggage Guidelines
Added a bag to your reservation? After checking in online, you'll get a mobile boarding pass and can head straight to the gate (unless you need to drop off a checked bag, of course. You’ll be boarding in Zone 1 with a green boarding pass.
Travelling with just a personal item? No problem! Just stop by the airport check-in counter to make sure your bag meets our size guidelines and grab your boarding pass. You’ll be boarding in Zone 2 with a black boarding pass.
Customers departing from Toronto Pearson International Airport will receive a digital boarding pass after checking in online and can go straight to the boarding gate.
Buy bags online and save
