Why do I have to pay for carry-on bags?

Charging for carry-on bags allows us to offer lower fares. You only need to pay for what you use. If you don't need a carry-on, you save money!

Why don't you offer complimentary meals, drinks, or snacks inflight?

Not including complimentary meals or snacks in the ticket price is another way that we can keep our fares low. But if you’re hungry, we do have a tasty selection of food and drinks available for purchase onboard.

Why do I need to size my bag?

Space is at a premium on flights. Ensuring bags meet our size requirements helps to speed up the boarding process and ensures everyone's luggage fits safely onboard.
