Customers can change their flight through Manage My Booking. Changes are allowed up to 3 hours before departure. Changes are subject to a fee. Customers are responsible for any changes in fares. The new flight date must be within 24 months of the original flight date. All payments are non-refundable. If you cannot use the travel credit within 12 months of the original booking date, the original payment will not be refunded or credited. Customers with TravelFlex or the Big Bundle may make one change for free through Manage My Booking. Flight changes are not possible within 24 hours of the original departure time.

Cancel Your Flight

Customers can cancel their flights through the My Bookings section. Cancellations are permitted up to 48 hours before departure and are subject to the fees outlined below. No credits or refunds will be provided for missed flights, no-shows, cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled departure, or fare differences after a reservation has been confirmed. If a flight is cancelled more than 48 hours before departure, a future travel credit (minus applicable cancellation fees) will be issued. Please note that future travel credits expire 24 months after the original booking date. Cancellations due to medical emergencies, death, or serious illness are subject to the standard cancellation fees listed below. These fees apply even in these circumstances. We cannot make exceptions for unexpected trip cancellations or medical emergencies; in these cases, the standard cancellation fees will apply. To ensure peace of mind, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance. Cancellations are subject to the fees below:

Only for CAN-USA & international flights (meaning flights that either take off or land outside Canada), passengers have 24 hours from the time of making a reservation to cancel the booking for a full refund, provided the travel is more than 7 days from the time of booking.
