This voucher must be taken as offered and is not redeemable for cash. This voucher becomes null and void if travel is cancelled once a booking is confirmed. Flight vouchers cannot be extended past the date indicated. Customers must travel together, and the itinerary must be booked as a round-trip flight, and cannot be used for more than one itinerary. 1 round-trip flight is valued at up to $1200 CAD. This voucher cannot be sold. In the event that it has been sold, this voucher will become void, and any flight bookings made with it will be cancelled immediately without notice or reimbursement. Flair Airlines Ltd. does not handle the payment, guarantee transactions, or buyer protection or seller certification, nor will Flair Airlines Ltd. be liable for the loss of funds resulting from a fraudulent transaction. Flair Airlines Ltd. Is not responsible for lost or mishandled vouchers.
If the booking timer runs out after applying a voucher code, the code will be invalid for one hour. Wait one hour before booking again.
Enter the voucher code on the payment page at the end of the booking process. Do not use the “promo code” box at the start.
After clicking “apply,” wait for a message saying, “voucher applied” or “voucher is invalid.” The page may freeze for a moment.
If you see “voucher invalid,” clear your browser cookies, restart your browser, and try again. Switch to a different browser or operating system if that doesn't work.
If your booking is confirmed but you didn’t receive a confirmation page or email, contact Customer Care at 1-833-711-2333. Write down your reservation number; you might not get a confirmation email.
