At Flair, the safety and comfort of our passengers are our priorities. We understand the challenges faced by travelers with severe allergies and strive to provide clear guidance and support to help manage allergy-related concerns during your journey.
Flair strongly recommends that travellers with severe allergies pack all necessary medications, including epinephrine auto-injectors (e.g., EpiPen, Allerject), in their carry-on baggage. Checked baggage may not always be accessible during the flight, so having medication within reach is essential.
While Flair cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment or provide compensation, we offer the following options if a traveller identifies that their allergen is present on the flight (confirmed visually by the traveller on board):
As a public transportation provider, Flair cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free cabin. However, we encourage travellers with severe food allergies to bring their own food items and inform us in advance.
To help mitigate risks, please provide as much advance notice as possible regarding your allergy needs.
If you have a severe allergy, please inform a flight attendant or crew member as soon as possible. Flair takes the following steps to assist:
If a passenger's allergy is severe and requires a medical accommodation, such as a buffer-zone, please download our Medical Accommodation form. This form needs to be completed by your physician and emailed to our Medical Desk Team at [email protected] no less than 48 hours before the flight's departure.
At Flair Airlines, we are committed to providing a safe travel experience for everyone. If you have any questions or require additional assistance, please contact us prior to your flight.
