On-Time Guarantee Voucher | Terms & Conditions

To be eligible to receive an electronic travel voucher issued per Flair Airlines Ltd.’s (“Flair”) On-Time Guarantee Program (“OTG Voucher”), the customer must meet the following criteria (the “Eligible Customer"):
- The customer must have flown on the eligible flight (the “Eligible Flight”):
- All flights (domestic, transborder, and international) are eligible, including bookings with Hold My Fare, Disruption Guarantee, Cancel for any Reason characteristics;
- The reservation must have been booked directly through Flair’s website – https://flyflair.com;
- The reservation must have been made on or after October 29, 2024;
- Non-revenue positive space and non-revenue space available (i.e., standby) bookings are not eligible.
- The customer must be 18 years of age or older as at the date of the Eligible Flight
These terms and conditions apply to OTG Vouchers issued as part of the On-Time Guarantee Program by Flair Airlines Ltd. ("Flair") to an Eligible Customer.
- An OTG Voucher does not replace or resolve any form of claim or compensation obligation pursuant to the Air Passenger Protection Regulations (the “APPR”). A Flair customer is entitled to a full claim of compensation owed to them under the APPR, regardless of their eligibility for, or an issuance of, an OTG Voucher.

An OTG Voucher may be issued to an Eligible Customer in the Eligible Customer’s name, as the name appears on the reservation:
- when the arrival time of an Eligible Flight is delayed by more than 60 minutes, determined by the block-on time recorded by NavBlue; or
- when an Eligible Flight is cancelled within 72 hours of the scheduled departure time listed on the travel itinerary.

An OTG Voucher can only be redeemed:
- by the Eligible Customer whose name appears on the OTG Voucher at the time it was issued by Flair;
- using Flair's online booking system or web app; and
- to cover the base fare when booking a reservation with Flair.

An OTG Voucher cannot be used:
- at any airport location, including counters or kiosks;
- through a Flair call centre;
- as a payment method using any self-serve check-in options online, including fees, baggage, seat selection, or upgrade; or
in-flight.

An OTG Voucher can only be used for new bookings and must be redeemed at the time of booking. Flair will not issue refunds, credits or otherwise where an OTG Voucher was not redeemed by the Eligible Customer at the time of booking.
- An OTG Voucher expires on the date indicated in the OTG Voucher email the Eligible Customer receives from Flair, which is 60 days from the date of the Eligible Flight. Once an OTG Voucher expires, it is no longer valid and cannot be reactivated.
- An OTG Voucher is limited to one (1) per person and cannot be combined with another voucher or any other form of travel credit.
- Applicable taxes and fees are extra, unless otherwise explicitly stated.
- Applicable cancellation fees apply where the Eligible Customer cancels a booking made using an OTG Voucher.
- An OTG Voucher does not hold monetary value. No refund or payment shall be made by Flair to an Eligible Customer in respect of any OTG Voucher in the event of a flight cancellation.
- An OTG Voucher may only be redeemed in a single transaction.
- An OTG Voucher is non-transferrable, unless otherwise explicitly stated in the OTG Voucher email the Eligible Customer receives from Flair.
- An OTG Voucher cannot be sold or transferred. In the event of any suspected unauthorized sale, transfer, or attempted sale or transfer, of an OTG Voucher, Flair may, in its sole discretion, immediately cancel the OTG Voucher and any associated booking without notice or compensation.
- An OTG Voucher provides a $60 CAD value that can be used towards purchase of a base fare. If the total value of the purchase is less than the coupon value, any remaining balance will not be refunded, credited, or carried over for future use. Any unused balance will be suspended and forfeited after the transaction is complete.
- Applicable fare differences apply when using an OTG Voucher. In the event an Eligible Customer changes a booking and the value of the new booking is lower than the previous booking, the difference in value will be forfeited. Applicable change fees will apply.
- Flair is not responsible for an OTG Voucher that is undeliverable or otherwise not received by an Eligible Customer due to inaccurate delivery information, including an incorrect email address. It is the Eligible Customer's responsibility to carefully review and confirm their details at the time of booking a flight reservation with Flair.
- Flair is not responsible for the non-delivery of an OTG Voucher to an Eligible Customer when an OTG Voucher for an Eligible Customer is sent to a primary representative on the reservation. It is the responsibility of the primary representative, who receives an OTG voucher on behalf of another Eligible Customer listed on the reservation, to distribute all received OTG Vouchers with all corresponding Eligible Customers listed on the reservation
- Flair reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Flair will notify Eligible Customers of any such amendment by posting an updated version of these Terms and Conditions on its website at On-Time Guarantee. The Eligible Customer is responsible to regularly review such Terms and Conditions.
