Trust us, we hate delays as much as you do. We’re all about getting you where you need to be, on time, every time. But if we ever slip up, our On-Time Guarantee has you covered—with a voucher to make up for the hassle.




How does it work?

You’ll get a $60 CAD e-voucher if any of the following happen:

Delayed Flight — Applies when the eligible flight is delayed by more than 60 minutes from the arrival time as stated on your itinerary. You can check this out in your reservation confirmation email, your boarding pass, and on flyflair.com/flight-status.

Cancelled Flight — Applies when the eligible flight is cancelled within 72 hours before the departure time as stated on your itinerary.


Our flight performance data is provided by NavBlue. It is our consistent data source for all of our on-time operational metrics


What’s the catch?

There isn’t one! The On-Time Guarantee is free to you. No need to opt-in. You’ll automatically be enrolled if your flight is eligible.

  • You must be at least 18 years old when booking.
  • Bookings must be made directly on flyflair.com.
  • This offer is not available for non-revenue positive space (NRPS) and standby (NRSA) bookings.
