Only passengers aged 18 or older are eligible for On-Time Guarantee e-vouchers. Minors cannot book travel without an accompanying adult, except those aged 12+ on domestic flights. International travel requires all passengers to be 18 or older. Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by someone 18 years of age or older. As this new offering evolves, we may adjust these guidelines, but currently, e-voucher recipients must be 18 or older.
You’re eligible if your flight is delayed by over 60 minutes or cancelled within 72 hours of departure. E-vouchers will be sent to the email of the passenger who booked the flight, and it’s their responsibility to share it with everyone on the reservation. Our flight performance data is provided by NavBlue. It is our consistent data source for all of our on-time operational metrics
You’ll receive your e-voucher via email within 48 hours of your delayed or cancelled flight. Be sure to check your inbox shortly after landing! The voucher is valid for 60 days and can be used for the base fare on flyflair.com.
No, the e-voucher is non-transferable and must be used by the passengers named on the original reservation. It’s personal and can only be redeemed for a future flight booking by those passengers.
The e-voucher is good for one-way or roundtrip flights and applies to the base fare only. You can’t use it for extras like baggage fees or seat selection. Only one e-voucher can be applied per booking, and it must be redeemed on flyflair.com.
