We've partnered with Genesis Flight College to provide aspiring pilots with a comprehensive and advanced training program that equips them with the skills, knowledge, and experience needed to excel in their careers.

The program was specifically created by Flair Airlines, Genesis Flight Schools and CTS to design and implement a comprehensive curriculum that adheres to the highest industry standards for training and safety. Applicants will undergo a rigorous pre-selection program. Only those deemed with the aptitude to complete the program will be selected, where they will then undergo a specialized training with access to the most innovative equipment available in the aviation industry. The objective of the program is to prepare pilots to become the first officers on our Boeing 737 MAX aircraft within 18 months, and 250 hours of total flying time. Similar programs exist in Europe to train pilots for first officer roles on Boeing 737 and Airbus A320-family jets - but this is one of the first programs of its kind in North America to train brand new pilots to join as first officers on large narrowbody aircraft.
