To change the date of a flight, origin or destination of a booking, a $74 change fee is applied if your schedule departure is 7 or more days away. A $99 change fee is applied if your departure is within 48 hrs to 7 days. A $150 change fee is applied if your departure is within 3 to 48 hrs. For all changes, passengers are responsible for any difference in fares. The new flight date must be within 24 months of the original booking flight date. All payments are non-refundable. If you cannot use the original flight within 24 months of the original booking date, the original payment will not be refunded or credited.

Changes can be made at My Bookings. TravelFLEX is valid for one-time use. Changes can be made up to three hours before scheduled departure.
