Below are the different optional fees and charges. Prices are shown in CAD. For all flights originating from the U.S, prices will be reflected in USD when booking. Prices vary depending on the day of departure and will vary depending on applicable taxes and flight destination. All fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Flair Airlines reserves the right to discount bag and seat fees on occasion.

airport improvement fees

An airport improvement fee (AIF) is a service charge to passengers that fly in/out of an airport. AIF's are built into your ticket price and vary from airport to airport.

credit card processing fee

1.4% - 2.4%

A processing fee charged to customers who opt to use a credit card when making a purchase through flyflair.com. Customers have the option to avoid this fee by using a Visa/MasterCard debit product, all while still enjoying the benefits of Zero Liability Protection.

baggage

Our low fares include one free personal item can be stored at your feet and is within the size requirements. Flair does not incorporate baggage fees into your ticket price and you can customize your flight so you only pay for what you need. Bag fees are increased during periods of peak demand. During the Christmas period, December 15 to January 8, bag fees will be $5 higher. To provide the best experience for all passengers, on select flights between Toronto (YYZ) and Kingston (KIN), passengers may be limited to two (2) checked bags due to capacity restrictions. Passengers will be notified at least 48 hours in advance if restrictions apply.

Flair permits one free personal item per passenger which must be stored at your feet. Examples include purses, small backpacks, laptop bags, briefcases and tote bags. Bags larger than the specified measurements and weight are considered a carry-on bag and subject to a fee.

Guarantee your space in the overhead bin by purchasing a carry-on bag. Carry-ons can include small roller suitcases and small duffel bags. The cheapest time to buy is at the time of booking and will get more expensive closer to your flight.

Each passenger is permitted 1 carrier/container and 1 pet per carrier/container. Cats and dogs secured in a suitable soft sided, airline approved, leak-proof, and ventilated pet carrier can be housed in the cabin. The pet carrier size must be within 41 cm long by 23 cm high, and 25 cm wide (16 inches long by 9 inches high, and 10 inched wide), and the max weight of the animal must be 22 pounds (including the soft carrier).

TravelFLEX is available for purchase during the time of booking. With TravelFLEX, you can make one change to your trip without paying change fees (each way per passenger), you would be however responsible for any difference in fares. If your flight is canceled or delayed for 2+ hours, within 24 hours before your departure, you can book a new flight to your destination on any airline with HTS' self-serve option, choosing from same and next day flights in the same fare class costing up to allowable amount of the policy. If you're not happy with the rebooking options, you can keep your current flight and we'll refund you the cost of your original ticket. Offer can only be purchased for all passengers. Price is including taxes if applicable.

A fee applies for name corrections of more than three characters, including first, middle, and surnames. Corrections can be made through res.flyflair.com and can be completed more than 24 hours from departure time. All tickets are nontransferable, and full name changes are not available.
