Airports are busy! That's why we recommend arriving early for your flight in order to check-in, bag drop, and pass through security. Please take a moment to review our updated check-in deadlines.

Check-in deadlines
If possible, please check in 24 hours prior to departure online or with the Flair Airlines app or online. There is a $25 check-in fee for checking in at the airport, so we encourage you to check-in before arriving at the airport - and to save yourself some time!

Bag drop-off
The bag drop closes 60 minutes before departure on all intra-Canada flights, and 75 minutes before departure on all flights to/from the U.S. and Mexico. Once the bag drop has been closed, you cannot check your bags. Please keep in mind that overweight baggage may take additional time to check.

Check-in and boarding gate deadlines
Due to Covid-19, airport processing times are longer than normal. Please follow the deadlines as indicated on your itinerary and on our website. In the event that deadlines are not followed, you may be subject to seat reassignment, flight cancellation, and/or ineligibility for compensation due to denied boarding.

how early can i check in?

you can check into your flight 24 hours prior to departure by using our online check-in or mobile app. check-in at the airport counter begins 3.5 hours prior to departure for flights departing from vancouver, edmonton, abbotsford, kitchener-waterloo, calgary or ottawa.

where do i drop off my bags?

the bag drop is at the check-in counter at departures.

when does the bag drop close?

the bag drop counters will close 75 before departure for flights departing from vancouver, edmonton, abbotsford, calgary or ottawa to USA and Mexico. for flights to Canada, the bag drop will close 60 mins prior to departure.
