Fraud advisory

At Flair, we know how important your personal information is to you, and your safety is our top priority. We are aware of fraud and scams targeting airline customers and want to share some important safety information with you.

Scammers use fake social media accounts, fake ads, and fake telephone numbers to trick our guests into providing their information, like credit card details and booking information.

We are aware of scams that use Flair Airlines’ name, images, and logo to appear legitimate. Sometimes, it can be hard to spot the difference. You can help protect yourself from fraud by taking the following steps:

• To be sure you are reaching Flair directly, please only contact us using the phone number or chat option provided on our official website at flyflair.com.
• Keep your credit card details confidential and any personal information safe – never share them in a public post, chat, or direct message.
• Your 6-digit reservation number can be used, along with your name, to change your booking. Avoid sharing it online.
• If you receive a call you are not expecting from anyone saying they represent Flair, you can call us back to be sure.

Flair takes your safety online seriously. In addition to the tips above, we want you to know that we are actively involved in stopping scams and fraud. We work with police and other anti-fraud organizations to stop and prevent scams and fraud, including shutting down fake accounts wherever possible.

If you suspect you've become a victim of fraud related to your Flair Airlines account or booking, please report it to the Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre and let us know at 1-833-711-2333. You can also contact us directly by chat on our website at flyflair.com.
